Christian Companion Senior Care to Open in Fort Smith

 

(FORT SMITH, Ark.)- Christian Companion Senior Care, the nation's first senior care franchise to combine practical and spiritual assistance, is opening an office in Fort Smith, Ark.

The grand opening will be Wednesday, Nov. 10 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The new office is located at 5106 S. U Street, Suite B, Fort Smith, Ark., 72903.

Those with an interest in becoming a caregiver or utilizing Christian Companion Senior Care's services are encouraged to attend the grand opening. Christian Companion Senior Care will offer its services throughout the Fort Smith metro as well as Van Buren, Alma, Greenwood and Waldron.

"We are very excited to be able to provide our services in the Fort Smith area," said Tony Vann, president of Christian Companion Senior Care. "More than 13,000 seniors in the Fort Smith metro will have the opportunity to choose to stay in the comfort of their own home with our services."

Christian Companion Senior Care provides seniors with traditional in-home services such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, grooming assistance and transportation. In addition, trained and experienced care-giving professionals are also equipped to provide spiritual encouragement.

Clients indicate that in-home assistance gently paired with spiritual encouragement- like prayer, reading the Bible, even singing a favorite old hymn- can make the difference between merely existing and living with joy.

Christian Companion Senior Care is based in Oklahoma City. Operations began in 2004 with a location in Oklahoma City and continued growing in 2007 with a location in Tulsa, Okla. Christian Companion Senior Care began offering franchises in August 2008. Christian Companion Senior Care has currently sold 31 locations in seven states.
