First Gamer Doc Video Games in New Jersey Now Open

 

CHERRY HILL, N.J., June 29, 2010 - Gamer Doc^®, the retail video game store franchise that delivers a new and interactive customer experience, today announced the opening of its first store in New Jersey, located in Cherry Hill. The store's "Pro Player" room features 10 wall-mounted, HD flat-panel monitors optimized for gaming, and can accommodate up to 20 players for Xbox 360^®, PlayStation 3^®, Wii^®, PC, or online games.

"Gamers are really going to enjoy the Pro Player room, because there is nothing else like it in this area," store manager Lawrence Theckston said. "We are very pleased to bring a new and exciting experience to the gaming community, and look forward to hosting tournaments, birthday parties and other events."

Gamer Doc's Xbox 360, PlayStation and Wii "Gamer Centers" make it easy to find the games, consoles and accessories for each platform. Customers can buy, rent, sell, play, pick-up, pre-order or trade-in games, drop-off a disc or console for repair, their PC for a game download or repair, sign-up for an in-store tournament, or rent the Pro Player room for a private party.

Gamer Doc is more than a video game store; it is an entertainment center, also offering HD flat-panel monitors, cables and accessories, and the staff is happy to show customers how to hook-up their systems for the best game play possible.
