Manny’s to Open New Franchise in North Charleston

 

Charleston, South Carolina- Manny's Neighborhood Grille Franchising Company announced plans to open their first Manny's Mediterranean Cafe franchise in the Markets at Montague, in North Charleston. This location will feature Manny's new fast casual concept, featuring many of their delicious, made to order menu items, in a "café" environment. The franchisee is Charleston native, Josh Baker and the restaurant is slated for a late April, Early May opening.

Baker, is a 1979 graduate of the former Middleton High School.  He is a 1984 graduate of Winthrop University where he earned a BA in Communications.  Baker has over 25 years of business experience in the Charleston area, including nine years as The Citadel's Sports Information Director.

Founded by Manoli "Manny" Stavrinakis, Manny's Neighborhood Grille, a family owned and operated Mediterranean/Greek/American restaurant, has been serving the Charleston area with quality, cooked to order food and a family environment for fifteen (15) years.
