Franchise Fee
Corporate Cleaning Group requires a $30K franchise fee which not only pays for a small part of our expense as a provider, but also commits the franchisee to a long-term commitment.  We believe it is very important for the franchisee be committed to this business opportunity and that they should have a personal invested interest that allows them to have staying power.

Royalty Fees

Our success depends on your success.  Corporate Cleaning Group Franchise Systems can succeed only if we provide you the support, model, and systems you need and expect.  The franchisee will be charged 5% of gross revenue; 1% of that amount will be applied to your marketing research fund.  This small percentage of your overall business commits us to your long-term support.

Start up Cost

Corporate Cleaning Group does not offer a get-rich-quick scheme.  We provide a model that will allow you to have long-term success.  The benefit of this opportunity is that the startup cost of your business is minimal.  You will not be required to purchase equipment or hire employees before accounts are acquired.  Only when you do secure an account will you have to purchase supplies, equipment and hire for that particular account.  This allows you to minimize your immediate out-of-pocket expense.
