Our exciting new menu features classic restaurant Appetizers like hearty homemade Minestrone and our famous Garlic Knots. Skyscraper Sandwiches include our Meatball Parmigiana and restaurant Grinder and our Roman-Style Sandwiches are served on fresh-baked pizza bread. We offer traditional pasta dishes like Smoked Chicken Penne, Pasta Primavera and Spaghetti Bolognese. Our Mile High Salads round out the menu and are served in both full and half size portions for those seeking a lighter meal.

Everyone knows a great New York Style pizza starts with great crust. To get just the right consistency, Johnnie’s duplicates the mineral content of the pure spring water found in the Catskill Mountains. That’s why our Pizza Crust always bakes up crisp and chewy – just like you’ll find in New York. Our pizza sauce, rolls and pizza dough are prepared fresh at our restaurants every day, and we use generous portions of the highest quality mozzarella we can find. Offered as a 12” Medium or 16” Large, guests can also order a variety of Johnnie’s pizzas by the slice.

Johnnie’s Pizza is part of the Kahala Corp family of quality restaurant concepts. Kahala Corp, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, provides support for Johnnie’s Pizza franchisees in Construction, Operations, Training, Purchasing, Distribution, Marketing, and Research & Development.

WHAT TYPE OF TRAINING CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

All new Johnnie’s Pizza owners will receive 40 hours of in-store training and 40 hours of classroom training. The classroom training will take place in Scottsdale, AZ at the Kahala Corp headquarters. The classroom training covers topics such as: Food Safety, Inventory Management, Labor Laws and Crewmember Motivation. Each training class also includes an opportunity for new owners to become ServSafe certified.
