A successful franchise requires a minimum net worth of $250,000 and liquid assets of $150,000. The average initial investment for a standard 1,000 to 3,000 square foot location, depending on equipment selection, condition of site and landlord leasehold improvement allowance, ranges between $96,500 and $350,000. The franchisee's initial investment includes the franchise or license fee (see below), complete interior layout and design, tenant leasehold improvements, equipment and fixtures, opening inventory, rent and security deposits, initial training for franchisee and manager, professional fees and working capital.

Seven Day Training Program

Our extensive Seven Day Training Program is divided in two segments:

1.    Two to three days of personalized training for the owners and the managers, one month prior to grand opening. This segment covers the development and business operations of a Jon'Ric International Franchise, hiring and employee relations, administration, marketing, advertising, the pricing of services and products, proper inventory levels and much more.
2.    The second segment is geared towards your service staff, those who deliver service and will sell product. It will typically take place a few days prior to grand opening and covers Spa policies & procedures, sales scripts, treatment descriptions and much more. An experienced Jon'Ric International operations manager will assist you during the first few days of operation.
