• Third, we help our student have more confidence and motivation so they enjoy learning.

How do we Give our Franchise Owners Operational Support?
Once you become one of our Franchisees, we provide you with a comprehensive support system that includes:

1. Guidance with Center Location, Build out, and Inventory
You are assigned a Support Team after you sign your Franchise Agreement. Your Support Team will give you all the guidance you need on how to locate, design and open your Center. Your Support Team will guide and assist you through the entire process.

2. Grand Opening Enrollment Assistance
Your Support Team will visit your Center before you open for business. Your Support Team will train your staff, meet with interested parents, help you enroll your first set of students, and help you coordinate a "grand opening" party for the families in your community.

3. Training
Besides our comprehensive operational support system, new franchise owners go through an intensive, highly focused Training Program. You will be trained in all facets of running your center including choosing Academic Programs, running your classrooms, running your front office, marketing your Center, hiring employees, and Customer Service. In addition, your Training Program is highly individualized according to your experience and background.

4. Multimedia Interactive Operational Support
We have an ongoing training and support system that is considered the finest in the industry. You will receive answers to your questions via telephone, e-mail, video and audio iChat teleconferences, and other electronic media. You are given a Support Team that will guide you "every step of the way". You also receive ongoing support at Owner Networking Meetings, newsletters, and training seminars.
