Easy New Franchising Opportunities

Franchising is a perfect venture for any investor because it positions you for easy success while helping you avoid the common mistakes and pitfalls that often plague start-up business ventures or New Franchising Opportunities.
new franchises
Franchising takes into account the skills and drive that you bring to the partnership and offer training, support, a proven business mode and name/brand recognition to help you avoid the costly mistakes that a brand new business often succumbs to.

Many New Franchising Opportunities talk about how easy it was to start their franchise and be on their way to their own successful business. The ease of beginning in the franchise industry is one of the secrets to the industry’s success. As a new franchisee, you can start a business without making the “starting a business” mistakes. There is no ideal age for a franchisee, only the ideal franchise for your age and experience.

When you enter into a New Franchising Opportunity with a Franchisor, all of the information you need will be spelled out for you in the franchise agreement. The franchise agreement is an agreement between the franchisor and the franchisee. The franchise agreement is a written description that explains the rights and responsibilities of the franchisee and the franchisor. Often, the franchise agreement is a part of the franchise contract. The franchise contract sets out the ways in which the business will be operated. It provides the franchisee with the right to use the business name, clearly outlines the obligations of both the franchisor and the franchisee and includes financial terms as well as the length of the contract and effects of terminating the contract before that time

Green and Eco-Friendly Franchises on Redhotfranchises.com

Friday, March 23rd, 2012
If you liked this post, say thanks by sharing it:

Keeping our environment clean matters. That’s why Redhotfranchises.com created a specific category of franchises dedicated to Green & Eco-Friendly Franchises. These franchises show the environment is as important as the money that entrepreneurs intend to earn.

This category includes free information about 20 brands, which are related to helping the environment or have a proven track record on their commitment to eco-friendly policies and practices. A great deal of attention is given by businesses to criteria like:

  • Recycled materials, with emphasis on post-consumer content
  • Energy-efficient
  • Non-toxic
  • Biodegradable
  • Reusable

Performing everyday actions with a positive impact on the environment is an aspect that becomes more and more of a priority for many businesses. Some of the benefits of going green are:

  • Reusable products create less waist and, in the long run, are more cost-effective than single-use or disposable ones.
  • Using energy-efficient products save money and resources

Going green means knowing your carbon footprint. Businesses offset their carbon footprint in many ways like supporting renewable energy by buying renewable energy credits. Besides that, utility companies may work with consumers on implementing on-site energy-efficiency measures, which can decrease usage (or shift a portion of it) to off-peak hours and rates.

More examples of being environmentally aware are: cutting your computer power completely if you’re not using it for more than 30 minutes; turning monitors off after 20 minutes of non-use; lighting consumes about 50 percent of a building’s energy; simply turn off unnecessary lights.

Eco-friendly franchises like OXI FRESH Carpet Cleaning, Floods 4 Less or NutriLawn are just few of the 20 different Green Eco-friendly brands that Red Hot Franchises provides comprehensive information about.

Franchise Opportunities in DC

Thursday, March 22nd, 2012

If you’re a DC resident and interested in starting a business don’t overlook the franchise opportunities in your area. You’ll be happy to learn there are many opportunities out there to help you make your mark once you feel you’re ready for it.

Here are some of the franchise opportunities that you should take a look at during your due diligence. The industries vary from beauty and home care to retail and environmentally friendly franchises and so on. Of course, it is recommended to opt for a franchise that is recession-resistant.

Great Clips is the largest brand in the hair care industry with salons located in strip malls in 138 markets throughout the U.S. and Canada. Benefit as a franchisee from the company’s 25-year positive track record and steady growth potential in the most recession-resistant industry.

Mad Science is the world leader of hands-on, educational, entertaining science activities for kids and families. It’s a low investment with high return, and if you’re a smart, enthusiastic, sales & marketing oriented individual who wants to run a rewarding and profitable business, this is the right fit for you.

Bio-One Inc. is a new, expanding franchise specialized in worldwide bio-recovery. Some of franchisee advantages are: financing, 24/7 access to founders and management, proprietary cleaning techniques and products and alliances with large restoration and property management companies.

Wings Over is a ground floor franchise offering great food made to order and is famous for its hand battered boneless wings. It requires low start-up costs (65K to 180K liquid capital), can work in any place with concentrated populations and is accepted as alternative to pizza across the country.

Finally, ProTect Painters is part of a widespread market. With painting as a necessity you will run a safe business by managing sub-contracted crews. If you’re a self-starter, tenacious and goal oriented and the drive to succeed, you are what Protect Painters is looking for in a prospective franchisee.

There are, of course, many more options to consider through the search page for DC franchises.

2012 Top Three Franchise Industries

Sunday, March 18th, 2012
If you liked this post, say thanks by sharing it:

Two and a half months already into 2012 and the prospects of growth for franchise businesses look really promising. 2011 has seen a 16 percent increase in the number of franchise units for the Entrepreneur’s top 500 companies compared to 2010, a sign that shows things are on a positive trend for franchisors and franchisees, with new concepts starting to set their ground in the franchising world.

According to Entrepreneur.com, which recently published the “2012 Franchise 500”, there are three most popular categories that are worth looking at in 2012 for those determined to do their due diligence in finding the right franchise opportunity for them.

The first one is the fast-food industry which gains ground over the full-service restaurant businesses. This category amounts for 20 percent from the Franchise 500 and includes longstanding companies as well as fast-growing newcomers. Hamburger businesses doubled in the past year while the frozen yogurt category didn’t do so well with lots of businesses shutting down.

In terms of personal care, this category of franchises represents about 10 percent from 2012 top 500 rankings. Fitness franchises keep showing an impressive growth with a good trend in the children recreation-based fitness franchises.

Also, as part of personal care, it’s hard to think of the franchising world without home senior care franchises. With the baby boomers turning 65 in 2011, the demand for in-house senior care services is in a continuous demand.

Seriously hit by the recession, the retail industry managed to see some remarkable growth despite the difficult times, especially in apparel and accessories. There are also franchised stores that buy and sell used electronics, musical instruments or sporting goods.

The Growing Industries Opportunities on Red Hot Franchises

Friday, March 16th, 2012
If you liked this post, say thanks by sharing it:

We’ve mentioned several times on this blog the valuable resources available on Redhotfranchises.com. This blog post delves a bit deeper into the types of industries and categories that any prospective franchisee could look at during their research process, depending on their location, interests, aspirations, finances, and so on.

Once you access Redhotfranchises.com‘ home page you have a wealth of information at hand. On the left hand side of the page there are some Hot Searches available as well as a way to browse by industry: from ATM franchises to Fitness & Gym to Home-Based businesses to Personnel Staffing, Retail Franchising and Travel & Lodging.

On the lower half of the home-page, there is an overview to the locations including a high level break down by sub-industries. For a lower level of detail, simply look at the home page’s main menu and click on “Industries.”

From here on in, you can explore any sub-industry you want. If you’re a wellness aficionado and looking for investing in a Medspa, take a look at Hair, Beauty & Spa; if you’re a car lover, there are plenty of opportunities in the Automotive Franchises category.

Home Care franchises are most probably among the one with the highest demand, since US baby boomers as they age need more and more of this type of services, non-medical assistance as well as skilled nursing, facilitating them living in their own home for as long as they can, enjoying a dignified life.

Also, home-based franchise opportunities are more and more attractive not just to mothers who want to spend more time with their kids, but also for anybody out there who’d like to work from their home office with flexible schedules and as low of a overhead as possible.

Feel free to browse the industry sections and determine what franchise opportunity would be the perfect fit for you.
