For anyone interested in investing in a hotel or motel franchise opportunity, there are plenty of them out there. You´ll know most of the brand names, which is actually a very good thing, since it means they are already well established. People tend to stay where they feel comfortable and a glowing sign that announces their favorite hotel franchise will be more than enough reason for them to stop and stay.
When you choose a well-known hotel franchise, you will pay more than for an unknown brand. However, the amount of traffic that will come your way simply because the name is familiar to many travelers and they are going to be assured of good prices and comfortable rooms.
Hotels tend to take a bit to start up since they almost always require building a specific type of building. You usually can´t just take over a regular building and turn it into a hotel unless it was actually created for that purpose in the first place. Hotel franchises are still a good investment, however, for anyone who is willing to invest the capital and time to build one up.
